What a wonderful company! I had a free estimate done on a bitterly cold, rainy day in early June for repairs to my irrigation system. Jason was wonderful. He didn't make me feel rushed for asking questions and opinions on changes I needed. Jeremy came to do the work and was very professional and did a great job. He discovered a valve issue and rather than just replacing everything he tried to repair it first. I have had Northern Sprinkler do my blow out service in the past but this year was repair first.
Kathy, the receptionist, scheduler, etc., is wonderful. She quickly responds to emails and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of business I have inquired about. It is such a pleasure to deal with people who truly make you feel like your business is important to them.

I bought a house with a sprinkler system. I used Angie's List to choose a company. Kathy called me immediately after I left a message. She was extremely friendly. She arranged for Jeremy to come and set up my system for the summer. He was on time, very friendly and when he found out the house was new, he asked me to tag along with him to see where the heads and valves were. He also taught me how to set the timer and make changes. I am planning to use them from now on.

The employees not only did the basic turn on, but I had some additional work needing to be done. He did so with no problem. My rain sensor wasn't turned on correctly, the timing sensor wasn't correct and he had to move a sprinkler head, and did so with no problem and without me directing him to do so. This was a nice change of pace; a lot of workmen you have to tell them what to do, and I didn't have to with him. Great customer service, and always a smile.
